The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) is the UK’s largest multi-brand property franchisor. Through 18 brands, TPFG supports a network of more than 1,900 lettings and estate agency businesses and 315 mortgage advisers across the UK and internationally.
The Group operates through three complementary divisions. Franchising, its core division, comprises 15 established property brands whose independently owned businesses provide residential lettings and sales services. Financial Services provides mortgage and protection advice, enabling TPFG to participate more fully in the property transaction lifecycle and create cross-selling opportunities across its extensive customer base. Licensing includes Fine & Country and The Guild of Property Professionals, which generate regular fees from licensees and members in return for brand, marketing, commercial and regulatory support.
These divisions are underpinned by a scalable central platform providing shared technology, AI, marketing, compliance, recruitment, procurement, training and operational expertise. This allows TPFG to leverage its national scale while retaining the local knowledge and entrepreneurial focus of its business owners. The result is a capital-light, diversified and lettings-led model that combines resilient recurring income with organic and acquisition-led growth opportunities.
