Marketing made human
Dotdigital is a cross-channel marketing automation platform that brings customer data, campaign tools and cross-channel activity together in a single system.
The platform spans three product areas: marketing automation, for building triggered customer journeys such as cart recovery and offer reminders; personalisation, using behavioural, order and preference data across email, web and mobile; and loyalty and retention. Campaigns run across email, SMS and MMS, WhatsApp, mobile app push, web personalisation, and ads and retargeting, supported by a customer data platform, reporting and analytics, and a communications API.
Its AI layer includes a Segment Agent that builds audiences from a plain-language description, a Content Agent that drafts on-brand messaging for any channel, and an MCP server allowing external AI tools to query Dotdigital data directly.
The platform carries over 200 integrations, including Shopify, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Shopware and Trustpilot. Customers span ecommerce, finance, sports, travel, education, media, government and non-profit, and include Yamaha, Converse, Team GB, Mountain Warehouse and Dreams. Support includes 24/7 live chat, dedicated onboarding and a named customer success manager.
