The Cavendish View
Kooth is a digital mental health company that combines clinically governed care services with proprietary technology platforms to deliver preventative mental wellbeing support for children, young people and adults. Working primarily with NHS organisations, local authorities and US state health programmes, the company generates recurring revenues by providing scalable, population-level mental health services that improve access to care and support better outcomes

For mentally healthier populations
Kooth provides digital mental health services — self-guided tools, moderated peer communities, and access to online coaches and counsellors — commissioned by public bodies rather than sold to individuals. The model rests on removing the two barriers that keep people from support: waiting lists and stigma. There are no thresholds for access and no referral required, and use is anonymous.
The Group runs three platforms. Kooth serves under-18s in the UK, commissioned by NHS and local authority bodies, and is NHS England's largest single-access provider of mental health support for that age group. Qwell serves adults on the same commissioning basis. Soluna serves young people in the United States, where Kooth has been building a public-sector commissioning business modelled on its UK approach.
Founded in 2001 and marking 25 years of operation in 2026, Kooth is registered in England and Wales, headquartered in London, and quoted on AIM.
