Knights is a professional services business built on the proposition that expertise usually associated with London is better delivered close to the client. It operates from locations across the UK, positioned as a national firm serving businesses everywhere in the country rather than one radiating out from a single centre.
It offers a full service to corporate clients, spanning corporate and commercial, banking, real estate, employment, dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, regulatory, intellectual property, data protection, competition, business tax and immigration, alongside private client and private wealth work for high net worth individuals — typically the owners and directors of the corporate clients it already acts for.
Its client base ranges from SMEs and national corporates to multinationals and FTSE 250 companies, across sectors including healthcare, energy and natural resources, technology and media, agriculture and the food supply chain, consumer and retail, property, sport, gambling and aviation.
Growth comes substantially through acquisition of established regional firms, with two completed in August 2026 — THP Solicitors in the Thames Valley, and the commercial and private wealth business of Moore Barlow in the South East. Knights is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and quoted on AIM
