Decision intelligence for service operations
ActiveOps provides a Decision Intelligence platform used by the service operations of large banks, insurers, healthcare administrators and business processing organisations. Its premise is that most operational systems record what technology does — workflows completed, tasks routed, cycle times — but not what people do. ActiveOps captures that effort data: where time goes, where capacity sits, and whether a change has genuinely reduced workload or simply moved it somewhere else.
The platform sits alongside existing systems rather than replacing them, ingesting data from whatever a customer already runs and converting it into a single view of work and time. That view is what customers use to decide where to target automation, to check whether the gains held, and to evidence to a board or a regulator that a transformation programme delivered what it promised. Customers typically unlock around a fifth more capacity in their first year.
Products span ControliQ for transactional processing teams, CaseWorkiQ for case management work, and WorkiQ for desktop activity analysis.
The Group employs 289 people across seven offices in the UK, Ireland, the United States, Canada, South Africa, India and Australia, serving 98 enterprise customers with more than 169,000 users in over 40 countries. It acquired Enlighten Group in June 2025, and is quoted on AIM.
