BRCK Group

When a housebuilder needs half a million bricks in a particular shade, or a building owner needs the cladding stripped from a residential tower and replaced to current fire safety standards, BRCK Group is the kind of business that supplies it. The Group is built from a collection of specialist companies that each keep their own name, customers and technical expertise, while drawing on the buying power and manufacturer relationships of the group behind them.

From FY26 it reports through two divisions. Distribution sources, imports and distributes building products — bricks, timber, cladding, roof tiles and radiators. Design & Install provides added-value design, specification, procurement and installation, spanning fire remediation, cladding, re-roofing, renewable technologies and fencing.

The two are driven by different things. Distribution follows the housing market. Design & Install is pulled by regulation, particularly building safety remediation, and is the smaller but faster-growing of the two.

Brands include Taylor Maxwell, Towelrads, Upowa, Topek, TSL and LBT Brick & Facades, with logistics handled in-house by McCann Logistics.

Founded in 1985 and listed on AIM since 2019, the Group changed its name from Brickability Group in February 2026 to reflect a business that now extends well beyond brick. It grows by acquisition as well as organically, most recently buying fencing manufacturer Jacksons in July 2026, and targets carbon net zero in its own Scope 1 and 2 operations by 2030.
