SigmaRoc's H1 2026 interim results reported revenue and EBITDA growth with EBITDA margin expanding 200bps to 25.1% and leverage reducing. The period also saw the agreed acquisition of Lithuania's largest dolomitic limestone producer, the latest in a long run of bolt-on acquisitions funded from the group's own resources, alongside a new Belgian aggregates plant delivered on time and on budget.
